Anti-ageing / Menopause Skin Programme

Step 1: Cleanse
Massage two pumps into damp skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for a few minutes to activate before rinsing with warm water. Pat dry. Double cleanse: If you have been wearing SPF and makeup.

Step 2: Vit C & Ferulic
Apply 4-5 drops to the face, neck and chest once in the morning after cleansing. Follow with a hydrating serum and SPF 50+

Step 3: Hydra Intense Serum
Apply one pump to your face and a second to your neck and chest. Massage into the skin until absorbed. Use as part of your morning and evening routine.

Step 4: UV Shield SPF 50
Apply liberally to your face and neck as the last step in your morning skincare routine. It can be used as a daily moisturiser with, or, without makeup. Use every single day, whatever the weather and re-apply regularly, particularly when on holiday.

Step 5: AHA Renew: Apply 1-2 pumps in the evening after cleansing and gently massage into the face, neck and chest. Begin using AHA Renew two nights per week and increase frequency as tolerated. Maximise results and use in combination with Retinol 1.0.

Step 6: Retinol: Use twice a week, alternating with AHA Renew and Hydra Intense Serum. Avoiding eye and lip area.
